Mission

Surgeons make decisions on anatomy they can only partially see. That is the problem.

Every product here exists because I was in a clinical environment and wished the information was clearer, faster, or more spatial. The goal is to put patient-specific 3D anatomy in the room before the procedure begins — on hardware that already exists, running pipelines that require no internet and no external workstation.

A surgical planning and navigation platform for Apple Vision Pro. Renders patient CBCT data as full 3D anatomy in the room — before the first incision, without a cloud connection or external workstation.

Surgical Navigation
Real-time spatial guidance with patient anatomy overlaid in the surgeon's field of view. Entry angles, depth, and proximity to critical structures tracked continuously throughout the procedure.
Virtual Surgical Guides
Digital counterpart to physical printed guides. Plan guide position and angulation in 3D before fabrication. Simulate sleeve placement and verify clearances spatially before the patient is seated.
Endodontic Navigation
Canal tracking and access cavity guidance for root canal procedures. Working length and angulation visualized in 3D relative to the patient's specific root anatomy and surrounding structures.
Instrument Tracking
Tracks handpiece and instrument position in 3D space relative to the patient's loaded anatomy using Vision Pro's spatial sensors and depth cameras. Proximity alerts for critical anatomical boundaries.
CBCT / DICOM Loading
Loads raw DICOM data natively on Apple Vision Pro — no cloud upload, no third-party conversion, no external workstation. Full-resolution volume processing runs entirely on-device in seconds.
Implant Planning
3D implant positioning with a library of 228 implant systems across major vendors. Visual verification of angulation, depth, and emergence profile against the patient's bone volume before any drilling.

HopTanks is a physics-based mobile arcade game set in 2125, where spring-loaded tanks battle across a cheerful post-apocalyptic wasteland. Built for iOS, designed to generate the revenue that keeps Stargazer moving. Every dollar goes back into the surgical platform.
